NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. At the heart is the study of subjective experience - how we edit and filter the outside world through our senses, how we organise what we see, hear and feel to create our own internal understanding. NLP invites people to study these internal maps through practical modelas, processes and techniques. Someone who has developed an understanding of NLP brings curiosity of the mind, modelling and techniques to help support others.
