A North West-based star of The Apprentice has teamed up with his wife to challenge the likes of Hello Fresh with their new artisan food business - which includes a three bird roast.
Cumbria-based Oliver Nohl-Oser, who appeared in the 2016 series of the long-running BBC One hit, has launched Ollie & Lucy’s to deliver “premium quality” meat boxes and ready made food to the door.
The 38-year-old entrepreneur previously set up The Cumbrian Sausage Company and James Alexander Fine Foods - aimed at selling Cumbrian foods direct to consumers online. James Alexander's multi award winning three bird roasts are boneless, easy to carve, full of flavour and guaranteed to impress.
The husband and wife duo are also working on an artisan Scotch Egg project with Addo Foods and are both also very close to signing off an export deal with leading retailers in China, for their Rope Hung Smoked Salmon.
Copper Beech Trading, based in Kirkby Lonsdale, are supporting Ollie & Lucy's growth with their flexible, client oriented packing and distribution service. Katie Tyndale, Director, said: 'We are delighted to welcome Ollie and Lucy onboard and can't wait to start working with their team'.
