Each week we take a health & wellbeing topic and chat it through over a brew. Add some music or a film clip and you have a unique space for you to sit and listen or add your thoughts.
We've been around for almost two years, with over 300 attendees in that time...so we must be doing something right. A unique space, with like minded people, all we ask is 'come as you are' and enjoy the space we have created.
It is true connection, with real-life positive support thrown in for good measure. I know however I’m feeling when I join the call I'll be better when I leave. I come back every week.
