Carers’ Advice and Information sessions are for anyone (18+) concerned about somebody with an eating disorder. We offer a safe, confidential (online) space where you can learn more about how to help, ask those nagging questions, and find friendly support to make yours and the sufferers’ lives a little easier. This week we are looking at how you can model wellbeing, for the benefit of whoever you want to support - and your own! 7-8.30pm https://bit.ly/CarerClinic
