Customer Service Assistant Apprentice | Bolton Area Divers Ltd

About the company: Our main aim is to offer a service to our customers who have a passion for diving and everything that comes with it.
We are now looking for someone to join our small office team to assist with the day to day running of the office.

Duties Include:
- Data entry
- Emails to customers
- Sales and taking payments
- Keeping paperwork up to date
- Filing
- Getting equipment ready for customers
- Providing refreshments for internal and external customers
- Keeping the Dive Centre clean and tidy
- Ordering stock / maintaining stock levels
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Surface support at dive sites (with completion of required paperwork)
- Assisting with event organisation.
