Leadership Development - If you want to give your first-line leaders the skills, awareness and tools to lead your people with passion, impact and effectiveness, this 2-day programme is the perfect solution.
By the end of the workshop they will be able to recognise the most appropriate leadership style for individuals in their teams, communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with others, understand how to have productive performance discussions and think and act like a leader and manager.
Reboot Programme- This programme is specifically for a group of leaders that are working in the same business, where developing them as a high performing leadership team is vital to the success of the business. It will accelerate their relationships with each other that no other programme will achieve, they will experience what it feels like to be a high performing team, and what they can really achieve as a very strong unit . This programme WILL disturb their thinking and get them to reflect on their behaviour, in a way they have never done before.
Team Building Development - Our Team Building packages are typically run as 2 day overnight experiences and can be run in an outdoor centre or other suitable venue. We have a range of activities to suit all abilities and will always ensure your organisation’s objectives are built in to whatever we do. Our experienced facilitators will be sure to inspire, challenge, motivate and thrill all your team, leaving them feeling rebooted, refocused and refreshed.
Lean Six Sigma
Green Belt- Addison Academy are working in partnership to develop an in-house Green Belt training programme. This initiative supports the desire to professionalise and standardise the approach to delivering improvement projects. We also aim to develop the knowledge and skill of key people to a point where they can achieve Green Belt accreditation and apply those skills in the workplace.
Yellow Belt - The following is an outline of the Lean/ Six Sigma Yellow Belt training provided by Addison Academy. It will enable an individual to be able to successfully apply basic Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools within their business and/or place of work. This training is delivered by a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master/Black Belt.
Quality
AS9100 - More Aerospace customers are seeking out suppliers who have attained an Internationally recognised accreditation (AS9100) to a Quality Management System. Recent changes to the standard required either the achievement of the Aerospace Sector Scheme AS9100 or equivalent. This one-day masterclass will explore the fundamentals of AS9100 Quality Management certification and how to apply these in a business environment, using practical tools, techniques and models.
Flow Chart Mapping - More customers are seeking to improve their in-house processes by removing waste and improving efficiency. A half-day masterclass which will explore the fundamentals of Flowcharting the Business Processes and how to apply tools and techniques to decompose into lower-level processes and identify KPi’s, issues and documentation within these processes. The half-day workshop will use brainstorming techniques and provide the candidate with the knowledge and skillset to confidently apply this technique to any process.
Internal Quality Auditing - Many Businesses use internal auditors to discharge a Quality Management function to audit their operation and management systems to ascertain whether they are compliant. We will explore the fundamental principles and advantages of internal auditing and how to apply the auditing process to the business. Competencies of internal auditors is crucial to the success of realising value and opportunities for improvement from this process. Managing Corrective Actions will also be addressed. A half-day (5 hours) masterclass offers an introduction for internal auditors who have this responsibility or potential auditors who may undertake this task in the coming months. It would also be useful for other members of the management team (NON-auditors) to attend, to appreciate this process.

Root Cause Analysis - Getting to the “root cause” of problems arising in our businesses requires structure and guidance. This Masterclass offers a half day (5 hour) workshop exploring the fundamentals of how to tackle problems and develop solutions using well known quality tools and techniques in a workshop environment.
Supplier Development - More Aerospace customers are seeking out suppliers / external providers who have the ability, competency and necessary process controls to manage a sub-contract package with high standards of quality. This one-day masterclass will explore the fundamentals of engaging with a competent supplier and managing the ongoing processes.
